Job summary

HII Mission Technologies’ Warfare Systems division seeks a Mid-level Full Stack Front-End Developer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise web applications with a strong emphasis on Single Page Applications, UX, and seamless integration with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.

You will deliver intuitive, responsive interfaces and robust backend services supporting data-driven decision-making across security cooperation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern state management (Context API, TanStack Query, Redux, or equivalent).
• Experience with REST API development and integration with front-end applications.
• Solid understanding of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
• Experience working with stakeholders to translate business processes into software requirements and solutions.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team settings.
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of consideration.
• Remote-eligible position; must align with Eastern Time Zone core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.
• Lead user experience modernization initiatives, creating responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces.
• Implement workflow interfaces and automate business processes through integrations with SPFx, SharePoint APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and service layers to support seamless front-end and back-end integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid iterative enhancements in an Agile environment.
• Apply secure application development practices throughout the software development lifecycle to meet DoD security and compliance requirements.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support end-to-end quality assurance activities.
• Document technical solutions, user guides, and system configurations as required.

We are seeking a Full Stack Front-End Developer Mid-level (Software Development Analyst)to support theDefense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA),Office of the CIO. In this role, you will design, develop, and modernize enterprise web applications with a strong emphasis onSingle Page Applications (SPAs),user experience, andseamless integration with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. You will deliver intuitive, responsive interfaces and robust backend services that enhance workflow efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across security cooperation programs.

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
• Lead user experience modernization initiatives, creating responsive, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that improve usability and adoption.
• Implement workflow interfaces and automate business processes through integrations withSharePoint Framework (SPFx),SharePoint APIs,Microsoft Graph API,Power Apps, andPower Automate.
