Job summary

Diné Development Corporation seeks a Database Administrator to manage the NAWCWD SharePoint Online environment within Microsoft 365, design automated workflows with Power Automate, and build Power BI dashboards for CBA and NAWCWD stakeholders.

The role requires independent, Journeyman-level work and strict adherence to DoD security regulations and M365 policies. This contract position is contingent on award and government supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited institution required; substitution allows 6 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 to 10 years of full-time experience in database or SharePoint administration or related IT roles.
• Active Secret clearance required at time of hire and maintained during contract performance.
• Strong knowledge of DoD security regulations and cloud security best practices in M365.

Responsibilities

• SharePoint Online administration including sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint features.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards from M365 data sources.
• Ensure configurations comply with NAWCWD M365 security policies and DoD regulations.
• Administer database configurations and monitor performance within the M365 environment.
• Provide general administrative support and document workflows and configurations.
