Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Shared Services Manager in Irving, TX to lead centralized accounts payable and project administration. The role focuses on establishing consistent processes, clear accountability, timely service delivery, and strong controls across functions supporting operating teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance/operations and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with proficiency in COINS and project-based environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, operations, shared services, or related discipline.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a project-based organization preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Knowledge of COINS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Shared Services function.
• Establish roles, responsibilities, service expectations, and accountability.
• Develop standardized processes across centralized support functions.
• Set and monitor service-level expectations for internal stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved issues.
• Ensure invoices, payments, collections, and related transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Partner with Accounting leadership on month-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
• Identify recurring issues and develop corrective processes.
• Improve visibility into outstanding invoices, aging, cash flow, and other metrics.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership for timely financial support.
• Document processes and implement improvements to reduce manual work.
• Explore automation and better use of existing technology.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives across Shared Services.
• Establish performance metrics and use data to drive improvements.
• Assist with audit requests and documentation as needed.
• Develop staffing plans and recommend organizational changes.
