Your Role

As a Shared Services Coordinator, you will streamline and scale operations across the Bio.xyz ecosystem, designing and delivering standardized, automated shared services in HR, project management, and community ops. You will serve as a process expert and change leader, supporting DAO operators in operational challenges while ensuring consistency and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Shared Services Development and Execution

Design, implement, and maintain scalable shared service systems across:

• Human Resources (e.g., hiring, onboarding, payroll)
• Project Management (e.g., methodology, tools, team enablement)
• Community Operations (e.g., platform support, moderation, engagement)

Develop a roadmap for delivery with milestones and iterative rollouts. Automate workflows using appropriate tools, including AI where applicable.

Operational Enablement and Reporting

Act as the operational contact for DAOs, helping teams onboard and navigate support. Establish KPIs and report on adoption, impact, and improvements. Use data to identify trends and address bottlenecks.

Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement

Lead change management during adoption phases, supporting teams through transitions. Collaborate with DAO operators for feedback and process iteration. Build stakeholder buy-in and manage resistance.

AI Integration and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with AI teams to deploy automation tools, translating operational challenges into feature requests and improvements.
