Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Community Based Support Staff to provide structured support to individuals aged 22–55, helping them pursue and maintain meaningful employment or community-based day activities.

You will educate through individualized service plans, promote social skills and community integration, and ensure health, safety, and well-being while implementing behavior and service plans. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of valued community roles and personal relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals.
• Implement all service and behavior plans.
