Job summary

A community care agency in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate caregivers for a Shared Living model. As a caregiver, you will assist individuals with their daily activities, health, and wellness while promoting community participation. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a spare bedroom in their home. Extensive training and ongoing support will be provided, along with a generous tax-exempt stipend. This role is essential for supporting individuals with disabilities in their homes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.

Job description

Range = $27,618 to $96,677 annually*

*Range above represents difficulty of care payments paid to a caregiver for providing personal cares ervices to a eligible person residing either in the caregiver’s home or in the person’s own home. Stipend rates are contingent upon assessed needs of the person and subject to state approval. Stipend levels 18 through 21 are available only by special application to the purchasing governmental unit. Nonotuck is seeking well-balanced and compassionate caregivers on Cape Cod to share their home and life with a person with disability in a state funded model of care, known as Shared Living.

The caregiver(s) helps the person with their daily activities, assist the person with their health and wellness, promote and model a safe and meaningful lifestyle and encourage participation in the community.

Caregivers receive:

• 24/7 emergency on call assistance and consultation

Caregiver qualifications:
