Nonotuck Resource Associates is seeking compassionate caregivers on Cape Cod to share their home with a person with a disability in a state-funded Shared Living model.

The caregiver helps with daily activities, health and wellness, promotes a safe, meaningful lifestyle and encourages participation in the community while receiving a tax-exempt stipend and ongoing support from a case manager.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Background check required; spare bedroom in home.
• Experience in human services helpful but not required.

Range = $27,618 to $96,677 annually*

*Range above represents difficulty of care payments paid to a caregiver for providing personal care services to an eligible person residing either in the caregiver’s home or in the person’s own home. Stipend rates are contingent upon assessed needs of the person and subject to state approval. Stipend levels 18 through 21 are available only by special application to the purchasing governmental unit. Nonotuck is seeking well-balanced and compassionate caregivers on Cape Cod to share their home and life with a person with disability in a state funded model of care, known as Shared Living.

The caregiver(s) helps the person with their daily activities, assist the person with their health and wellness, promote and model a safe and meaningful lifestyle and encourage participation in the community.

Caregivers receive:

Nonotuck Resource Associates is a state-wide agency that has provided Shared Living since 1972 to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; as well as adults with acquired brain injuries and elders.
