Job summary

Guidant Measurement invites applications for a Software Engineer Intern position in Erie, PA. You will support software development, testing, and product improvements across Guidant's measurement technology portfolio.

You will work with Software/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and Product Management teams, gaining hands-on experience in a product development environment and learning industry-leading practices.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing preferred.
• Previous software development, technical project, research, co-op, or internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support software development activities for Guidant products and systems.
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard software design practices and coding standards.
• Assist with software enhancements, modifications, and maintenance.
