Student and Community Engagement
  • Build personal relationships with students to ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and connected to Jewish life on campus.
  • Engage students through one‑on‑one conversations, tabling, and outreach to include those less involved in Jewish life.
  • Collaborate with Hillel’s Young Leadership Program to connect students with post‑graduation opportunities and young adult engagement.
  • Cultivate partnerships on and off campus to strengthen programming and engagement.
  • Serve as a visible and approachable Jewish role model.
Administrative and Office Support
  • Assist with day‑to‑day office operations including scheduling, communication, data entry, and supply management.
  • Track attendance and engagement data in HEART and other systems.
  • Maintain updated contact lists and communication with students, alumni, parents, and partners.
  • Support marketing and social media efforts by creating flyers, updating the website, and promoting events online.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and Executive Director as needed, including assistance with board materials, fundraising projects, and event logistics.
