Georgia Tech is seeking an experienced program administrator to provide promotional, administrative, and financial services in support of assigned programs within university units. This role coordinates marketing, program operations, and development while collaborating with management, staff, vendors, and sponsors.

Provide promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial/accounting services in support of assigned program(s) within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units of a school. These functions may encompass a variety of activities related to program success including coordination of program marketing, program administration, program operations, and program development. This position will interact on a consistent basis with research, academic and administrative management and staff with a school or center and across campus, vendors and sponsors. This job requires working knowledge of research program promotion and administration. Included are skills in development and administering program assessment tools, marketing, and financial analysis and reporting. Also required are skills in planning, organization, spoken and written communications, scheduling and customer service. Use of office and specialized computer applications and databases are required.

Salary range: $66,883.00 - $74,841.00 commensurate with qualifications and years of experience

This is not a supervisory position. This position does have financial responsibilities. No, this position will not be required to drive. This role is considered a position of trust. This position does require a purchasing card (P-Cd). This position will not travel. This position does not require security clearance.
