Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter for SG&A to run a full desk, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent for corporate functions. You will partner with client groups, screen a high volume of candidates, source passive talent, and coordinate the end-to-end hiring process including tours and offers.

The role requires collaboration, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with onsite responsibilities in Bastrop, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source candidates.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Manage offers including background checks and extending offer letters.
