Build rapport with gueststo understand their preferences and expectations, then provide attentive, professional service throughout their tour. Manage customized itineraries, anticipate guest needs, and coordinate attractions, dining, and park logistics to create a seamless and memorable experience.
What's In It For You
Escort VIP guests throughout the park and manage their experience from start to finish.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively accommodate requests and preferences.
Perform additional duties as assigned to help ensure every visit is a "ride" worth remembering.
Pay Rate:$11.50/hr.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid Georgia Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
Display strong initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Remain calm, professional, and responsive in stressful or emergency situations.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and follow all applicable safety procedures.
Ability to continuously sit, stand, walk, and bend, with frequent kneeling as required.
Ability to perform duties requiring eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and clear speech.
Ability to demonstrate manual dexterity and gross motor skills, including the ability to distinguish colors.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 consecutive hours and up to 14 hours per day.
Ability to walk more than 3 miles per day across a variety of surfaces and terrain.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for at least 25 feet across various surfaces.
Ability to lift and lower objects weighing up to 5 pounds from above shoulder level.
Ability to safely climb a stepladder up to 6 feet in height.
