Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to lead multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys.

You will design, build, and optimize email, SMS, and push communications, while integrating data across systems to enhance personalized interactions for educational funding customers. You will collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales teams, applying AMPscript and SQL expertise to tailor experiences and drive better customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience with email, SMS, and push notification implementations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create engaging content for email marketing, social media, and other digital channels within Marketing Cloud.
Design, build, and manage marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, and multi-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync, Data Cloud, or other ETL tools.
Utilize AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide technical expertise and support to marketing teams for campaign execution, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
