Job summary

Cella is seeking an Email Campaign Manager for its Data Driven Communications team. You will design, build, and optimize dynamic, multi-channel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to power acquisition and client engagement strategies.

You will code AMPscript, HTML, and CSS, maintain controls with VS Code, and partner with central marketing and business teams to deliver high-impact campaigns on aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• 3+ years of AMPscript programming experience.
• 3+ years of HTML/CSS.
• 3+ years of client or financial services experience (nice to have).
• Working knowledge of Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy multi-touch, multi-channel journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Code dynamic email content, landing pages, and components using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Leverage SFMC features to create scalable, event-driven campaigns.
• Maintain version control and code integrity using Visual Studio Code difference checks.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate strategies into technical execution.
• Lead cross-functional partners through campaign lifecycles within an Agile framework.
