MidFirst Bank is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist II to serve as the primary SFMC administrator and marketing technologist. You will manage configurations, create customer journeys, and execute email, SMS, and push campaigns while ensuring data quality.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and other units to optimize personalization, reporting, and platform performance, staying current with Salesforce releases and compliance requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience using marketing automation platforms.
• Must have strong knowledge of SQL to query data from multiple sources.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and base decisions on data and facts.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure and administer SFMC units, users, permissions, roles, and platform settings.
• Design, build, test, and deploy customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Develop and execute email, SMS, push, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead deployment meetings and coordinate production schedules with stakeholders.
• Create and manage templates, content blocks, and dynamic content.
