Job summary

TSR Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to lead CRM initiatives across multiple locations including New York, NY, Burbank, CA and Miami, FL.

You will drive architecture and hands-on implementation within SFMC, focusing on customer journeys and data extensions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in CRM, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Expert-level proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder and Data Extensions
• Strong hands-on AMPScript and SQL; SSJS knowledge preferred
• Experience with SFMC APIs and integrating SFMC with external systems such as CDPs, mobile push, and data warehouses
• Proven project management capability to prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong understanding of data modeling and audience segmentation at scale
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences

About the Role

Responsibilities

• 5+ years in a Solution Architect or senior technical CRM role with deep, hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
• Expert-level proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
