Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day management of 1:1 marketing programs within the Digital Lab, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns from planning to delivery.

The role requires coordinating across internal teams and external agencies, translating business requirements into technical specs, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution in a hybrid on-site/off-site environment in Mettawa, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on work experience as a project manager.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day management and oversight of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements, including developing project plans and status reports.
• Lead multiple medium-high complexity digital projects with internal cross-functional and external agency teams.
• Manage timelines and adjust to changing needs for projects of low to mid-range complexity.
