Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a Platform Architect to design, build, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions at enterprise scale. You will translate business requirements into configurations, develop journeys, automations, and integrations, and collaborate with senior technical leaders on complex architecture.

Based in the USA with remote Colorado work, you will engage with email, SMS, mobile channels, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR considerations.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement development or implementation experience.
Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL and GTL.
Experience with Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Experience with REST or SOAP API integrations and platform troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect or SFMC Connector integration methods.
Strong consulting and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
