Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years coding HTML emails and deploying via an ESP, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and data privacy laws.
• Experience with responsive email design.
• Proficiency in AMPscript.
• Experience with A/B testing and reporting using marketing analytics.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Code HTML emails from text documents and manage deployments.
• Collaborate with marketers to produce and deploy email and SMS communications, meeting deadlines.
• Manage and upload contact lists, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
• Hand-code HTML; help develop templates, automations, QC processes, and dynamic campaigns.
• Adhere to established email marketing processes, brand guidelines, and legal standards; contribute to process docs.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend best practices and trends.
