Job summary

Accylerate, LLC. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Producer to own the deployment of customer-facing email and SMS campaigns. You will hand-code HTML, build templates, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with brand and legal standards.

You will collaborate with program owners, copy editors, design, and data analysts to optimize campaigns, leverage Ampscript, and maintain rigorous quality control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of email best practices and CAN-SPAM laws.
• 3+ years coding HTML emails and deploying via an ESP, SFMC experience preferred.
• A/B testing experience with reporting using marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with responsive email design.
• Strong organization, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage email and SMS projects through coding, editing, QA and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with marketers to produce and deploy emails and SMS under deadlines.
• Securely manage and upload contact lists.
• Hand-code HTML from text documents into emails; assist in templates, automations, QC, and dynamic campaigns.
• Follow internal processes to meet brand and legal standards and document processes.
• Analyze campaigns and recommend best practices; perform A/B testing and use analytics.
