Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking a CRM Specialist to design, build, and improve customer communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech solutions. This role focuses on creating effective customer journeys, optimizing email KPIs, and deploying data-driven campaigns to enhance the fiber network experience.

The candidate will leverage SFMC expertise, data extensions, and reports to drive performance across marketing initiatives in a hybrid remote/office setup in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SFMC Development and Administration experience.
• Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
• Ability to operate in both long-term and short-term strategic and tactical scopes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud via data extensions and database management.
• Optimize Salesforce reports and automations to monitor KPIs.
• Lead email platform optimization and KPIs including deliverability and data feeds.
• Demonstrate expertise in SFMC products across campaigns and deployments.
• Perform technical production and deployment activities including setup, testing, and deployment of campaigns.
