Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to design and implement data-driven, personalized client communications. You will craft multi-touch journeys, develop reusable components, and ensure scalable, compliant email campaigns in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will collaborate with marketing, technology, and compliance teams, building landing pages and documenting processes while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 3+ years of AMPscript programming experience.
• 3+ years of HTML and CSS experience.
• Experience developing landing pages and reusable components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support email campaigns and client communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Leverage AMPscript, HTML, and CSS to create personalized, responsive communications.
• Build robust landing pages and reusable components within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Translate complex business and personalization requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, technology, and compliance partners.
• Maintain documentation throughout the campaign production process.
• Advocate for best practices in platform usage, coding standards, and email compliance.
• Contribute to shared knowledge bases using OneDrive, OneNote, Confluence, or Loop.
