Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will design, build, and optimize customer communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech solutions to support our fast-growing fiber network.

You will deliver customized customer journeys, monitor KPIs with SFMC reports, and lead email platform optimization while acting as the subject matter expert for SFMC. We offer hybrid remote/office work from Charlotte, NC with competitive benefits and opportunities to

• 2+ years of SFMC Development and Administration experience.
• Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization, planning, and task delegation
• Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud through database management and data extensions.
• Optimize Salesforce reports and automations to monitor KPIs.
• Responsible for email platform optimization, improving inbox deliverability and data feeds.
• Provide extensive SFMC product experience.
• Handle automated email campaigns including setup, testing, and deployment in SFMC

Job description

We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist to join our growing Marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for will be responsible for designing, building, improving, and maintaining customer communications and triggers in Sales Force Marketing Cloud and other key MarTech solutions. Come help us build the best and fastest fiber-optic network in America!

As CRM Specialist, your duties will include:

• Build customized customer journeys in marketing cloud through combined expertise in database management and data extensions.
• Optimize our use of Salesforce reports and automations to monitor and optimize KPIs.
• Responsible for the email platform optimization, acting as the subject matter expert for optimizing all email KPIs including inbox deliverability, data feeds, mobile metrics
• Bringextensive experience in SFMC products
• Complete technical production and deployment activities including but not limited to automated email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, data architecture, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns inside SFMC

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• 2+ years of SFMC Development and Administration experience.
• Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization, planning, and task delegation
• Track record of delivering results and an ability to operate in both a long term strategic as well as short term tactical scope in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Marketing Cloud Certification strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
