Job summary

Princess Cruises seeks a Lead, Product Engineering for Salesforce Commerce Cloud to guide the e-commerce platform. You will own SFCC architecture, drive cartridge development, and lead a pod of engineers focused on checkout, catalogs, and promotions.

Role requires strong technical authority, mentoring, and hands-on coding in SFCC with SOA approaches. Hybrid work with travel <25% and a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/SE.
• 5+ years of full-stack web software engineering.
• 3+ years of SFCC (B2C) experience.
• Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer/Architect cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and cartridge development using SFRA, ISML/JS, and headless APIs.
• Architect integrations between SFCC and enterprise backend systems (GraphQL, microservices, payment gateways).
• Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Merchandisers, and DevOps for deployments and releases.
