Job summary

Princess in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Lead, Product Engineering for Salesforce Commerce Cloud to guide SFCC design, development, and integrations. You will lead a pod of engineers delivering optimized storefront, checkout, and merchandising experiences.

Expect technical ownership, hands-on coding, and mentorship in a hybrid work setting with travel <25%. A strong background in SFCC (SFRA/OCAPI) and API architecture is required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent; strong technical foundation.
• 5+ years of full-stack web software engineering experience.
• 3+ years developing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C).
• SFCC certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, cartridge development, and SFCC implementation.
• Architect and build integrations between SFCC and backend systems.
• Review code, set standards, and mentor engineers in the pod.
• Collaborate with product, merchandisers, and DevOps on deployments.
• Handle administrative duties and ensure project delivery.
