Southwest Florida Christian Academy in Ft. Myers, FL is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our faith-based early education team. You will care for children daily, follow licensing standards, and support a loving, interactive classroom environment.

We seek caring, Christ-centered individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and can collaborate with fellow staff. Hours are weekday daytime, with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• CDA or 45-hour training required; may be obtained within the first year.
• Hours vary from 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm; no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily care of every child following licensing guidelines.
• Create exciting and interactive learning experiences; mentor fellow teachers.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized and engaging for children.
