Lighthouse Christian Preschool is seeking a caring, dependable Preschool Teacher to join our faith-based learning community in Florida. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where children develop academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

You will create a loving classroom, plan engaging activities, and integrate Bible lessons and prayer into daily routines, while meeting state licensing standards and collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background screenings required.
• Must meet Florida DCF training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that support children's growth.
• Incorporate Christian values, Bible lessons, and prayer into daily classroom activities.
• Supervise children at all times while maintaining compliance with Florida licensing standards.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials.
• Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
• Follow Lighthouse Christian Preschool policies and procedures.
