Job summary

Snappr News is launching in 2026 in the San Francisco Bay Area as part of Snappr, the on-demand photo/video marketplace. This internship offers a front-row seat to shape a new editorial product with support from a team of experienced photographers.

You’ll cover broad tech news, shoot in the field, and contribute to captions, tagging, and storytelling. Office is in downtown San Francisco, 8-12 weeks over summer with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio in photography; street/photojournalism experience a plus.
• Solid video shooting skills and ability to capture stories visually.
• Extreme attention to detail in captions, locations, and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Report visually in the field on tech stories in SF Bay Area.
• Deliver fast, often same-day coverage.
• Produce both photo and video for assignments; no post-editing required.
