Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar admission.
• Experience handling civil litigation and/or personal injury matters.
• Experience with sexual abuse, catastrophic injury, or other sensitive plaintiff-side litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent judgment and ability to work effectively with clients dealing with highly sensitive circumstances.
• Strong case-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews, case evaluations, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for mediation and trial.
• Research and analyze complex legal and factual issues.

• Work with experts, investigators, opposing counsel, and other professionals.
• Maintain strong, compassionate communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Sexual Abuse Litigation Attorney – Seattle, Washington

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a Seattle-based litigation practice focused on representing survivors of sexual abuse in civil claims. The attorney will manage complex cases from initial evaluation through settlement, mediation, and trial, while working closely with clients and their families throughout the litigation process.
