Job summary

Golden Star Technology (GST) in Cerritos, CA, seeks a detail-oriented SEWP Program Coordinator to lead the NASA SEWP VI contract operations. You will own the contract, review RFQs, coordinate pricing with manufacturers, and ensure compliance with SEWP requirements while supporting the sales team to win opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inside sales or contracts, strong organizational and written communication skills, and experience with OEMs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract.
• Review RFQs and determine required actions.
• Monitor SEWP portals and contract communications.
• Coordinate pricing and vendor quotes; prepare quotations.
• Support proposals, track quotes, and assist with order processing.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales.
• Maintain SEWP reporting: pipeline, win/loss, response times, and metrics.
