Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is seeking a NASA SEWP - Program Coordinator to support and manage GST's SEWP VI contract vehicle. You will coordinate RFQs, pricing, quotes, and vendor communications to ensure compliance with SEWP requirements and customer expectations.

The role requires strong government contracting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in inside sales or proposals. You will work with procurement, engineering, contracts, finance, and sales to drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales, contracts, or proposal experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal owner of GST's NASA SEWP VI contract and manage RFQs.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and distributors; review quotes and timelines.
• Support Sales team with documentation, proposals, and order processing after award.
