Job summary

4over in Arlington, TX is seeking a Grand4Mat Operator I (Sewing Operator) for a Regular Full Time role on 1st shift. You will set up and operate sewing equipment to produce quality products meeting customer specs, with training as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a production environment and experience with Singer or Juki machines, with a HS diploma or GED preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in a wide/large format production environment.
• Experience with Singer and/or Juki sewing machines.

Responsibilities

• Examine job orders to determine quantities and production times.
• Set up sewing machine to specifications and run products.
• Refer to orders for materials and select appropriate fabrics.
• Monitor machine speed and hem line to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and notify supervisor if issues arise.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain cleanliness.
