4over is seeking a Sewing Operator for the Grand4Mat line in Arlington, TX. The role covers set-up, adjustment and safe operation of sewing equipment to produce products meeting customer specs.
The position is on 1st shift, Mon-Fri, with early start times and potential training at other times. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years in a wide/large format production environment and sewing machine experience (Singer/Juki).

Summary:The Sewing Operator is responsible for the set-up, adjustment and safe operation of all relevant equipment to produce quality finished products that meet customer specifications and completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday- Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM, or similar. Training may occur at other times.
Salary Range:$17.00-$21.00 Hourly
Compensation commensurate with experience.
