Collaboration with supervisors and peers helps hit daily production goals.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic reading/writing/math skills, and familiarity with SAP. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and flexibility for overtime are required.

Responsibilities

• Stuff a foam cushion into a sewn cover and spread material evenly.
• End closing by sewing seams to finish the product.
• Communicate with supervisors and operators daily to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, labeled work area for safe, efficient operation.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
