Job summary

Arch Resources Group in Conover, NC is seeking an experienced Cushion Sewer to join our foam fabrication team. Day shift, Monday to Friday, 6am–4:30pm, with a pay rate of $15.00–$25.00 per hour. Candidates must have 3+ years sewing experience and cushion sewing background; riser experience is essential.

Candidates will undergo a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process. Good work history and reliability are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years of sewing experience.
• Previous cushion sewing experience required (cushion, flat work, double needle, serge, etc).
• Riser experience is a must.
• Good work history and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Sew cushions for foam products according to specifications.
• Operate sewing machines and perform quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report issues promptly.
