Qualifications

1-3 years sewing experience.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Basic math knowledge (fractions).

Responsibilities

Prepare sewing machines by changing needles and thread and setting up attachments.
Sew materials under the machine needle following patterns or specs.
Monitor machine operation and adjust settings for quality.
Inspect materials for flaws before sewing.
Check finished products to meet standards and specs.
Perform basic preventative maintenance and report issues.
Follow safety and environmental regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
