B-Sew Inn in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and maintain sewing and embroidery machines and related equipment. You will deliver excellent customer service while upholding B-Sew Inn’s values in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience or training.
• 2-year technical degree or similar field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and adheres to BSI’s culture.
• Lift machines to workbench and dismantle/reassemble; replace worn parts.
• Repair, test, and adjust sewing and related machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain records of work performed using the Point of Sale system.
• Communicate repair status to guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Work with guests to resolve technique-based issues and provide timely service.
