Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a full-time Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain sewing machines and related equipment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while adhering to company values. This position requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills and must be able to lift up to 100lbs. Additionally, proficiency with service manuals and a technical degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or previous training.
• Capacity to learn with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of service manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair sewing machines and related equipment.
• Lift and dismantle machines for repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns.

Skills

Experience using precision measuring instruments

Strong mechanical aptitude
