Job summary

B-Sew Inn is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of sewing machines and related products through outstanding customer service. This full-time role involves assisting guests, explaining product features, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The position requires 1–2 years of sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Competitive wages and benefits are offered across six stores in several states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years sales experience required.
• Commitment to continually increasing knowledge of BSI products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine merchandise needs.
• Demonstrate and explain sewing machines and related products.
• Process sales invoices using the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, policies, and security practices.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and solicit further sales.
• Wrap merchandise and assist with delivery as needed.
