Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift (5:00am-3:30pm) Monday–Thursday with occasional Friday. You will operate sewing and production machines, inspect quality, and help keep production flowing in a fast-paced environment.

We value hands-on workers who stay organized, follow 5S standards, and communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors. Prior manufacturing or sewing experience is preferred, with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Experience with sewing machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and material usage records.
• Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with additional tasks to support continuous production.
