Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator for 1st shift (5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Thursday with occasional Friday). Join a premier manufacturer and digital destination for truck and off-road accessories, with opportunities for growth and paid orientation.

You will operate sewing and production machines, inspect quality, and support a fast-paced production line. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior experience with manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and material usage records.
• Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and KPIs.

Core Functions

• Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptly
• Maintain accurate production and material usage records
• Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support continuous production

Physical Requirements

This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
