Job summary

National Safety Apparel is seeking a Sewing Operator in Arkansas. The role focuses on meeting quality and productivity standards, maintaining a safe work area, and performing tasks in the assigned department.

Responsibilities include producing to specifications, operating and inspecting equipment, and adhering to quality procedures while maintaining attendance. Training is provided on the job, with benefits and growth opportunities within a temperature-regulated plant.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Inspect work to ensure that the machine is operating correctly, and that each product is made according to specifications.
  • Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.

  • Strive for perfect attendance. Ensure attendance points do not exceed those allowed in the attendance policy.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with leaders and peers.
  • Maintain a positive outlook and a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Position Overview

Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards for each assignment. Contribute to a safe, clean work environment and perform all tasks as required in the assigned department.
