What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis

• Learn to inspect all component parts to ensure they meet quality standards and correspond to the bundling ticket.
• Learn to operate the automated machinery in the department.
• Learn about all product lines.
• Ensure finished products meet all quality standards.
• Clean machines and change needles, thread, etc., to meet machine needs.
• Join materials using multi‑needle sewing devices as needed.
• Work in other departments and areas/machinery as required.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Ability to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
• Capacity to sit or stand for 8 hours a day or longer.
• Ability to work in an environment with repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, and elbows.
• May require lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work all mandatory overtime.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Reading, communication, simple math.
• Standing on a fatigue mat in a specific area throughout a 10 hour+ shift.
• Be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above moderate.
