Job summary

LoJac Hydro Excavation is seeking a Combo/Jetter Operator to operate a combination vacuum and water jetting truck for sewer and storm drain maintenance. You will perform inspections, safety checks, and collaborate with crew members to complete emergency and routine assignments efficiently.

Responsibilities include jetting and vacuuming pipelines, equipment maintenance, logging, and responding to sewer backups or spills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
CDL license (Class B) with Tanker Endorsement preferred.
Clean MVR and ability to pass background and drug screen.
Experience with combination vacuum/jetter trucks is preferred.
Knowledge of sewer maintenance or hydro-excavation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate combination vacuum/jetter equipment safely and efficiently.
Clean and clear sewer lines, storm drains, culverts, and pipelines with high-pressure water jetting.
Remove debris, sludge, grease, and obstructions using vacuum equipment.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
Complete daily logs and service documentation; report issues as needed.
Follow safety policies and procedures per OSHA and company rules.
Respond to emergency sewer backups, spills, and maintenance calls as required.
Coordinate with supervisors and crew to complete projects on schedule.
