Job summary

Superior Hydrovac is seeking a Jetter Operator to drive and operate high-pressure jetting equipment for cleaning and inspecting pipes and drainage systems. You will set up procedures, perform safety checks, and work with a team to complete projects efficiently and safely.

The role requires operating a Jetter truck, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, with opportunities for growth within a safety-focused company.

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.
• Ability to pass criminal and MVR background checks and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.
• Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
• Set up and inspect grounding and bonding procedures for Jetter operation.
• Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, supervisor and clients.
• Complete all required paperwork properly and within set timelines.
• Assist with other related tasks as needed.

Essential Functions

The Jetter Operator is responsible in directing the operation of the Jetter Truck. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-pressure jetting equipment to clean, maintain, and inspect pipes and drainage systems.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.
• Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Jetter Operation
• Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optional performance and safety.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Experience And Education

• Valid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferred
• Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
