Job summary

Jolly Enterprises in Wilder, KY hires an Excavation Apprentice to diagnose, repair, and replace residential and commercial plumbing systems across the Tri-state area. You will assist in water and sewer line work and operate heavy equipment in a safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of construction experience preferred.
• 1 year of excavator operation preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred; CDL A optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairing and replacing water and sewer lines.
• Operate heavy equipment including excavator, skid-steer, jackhammer, boring machine.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, manager, inspectors, and camera technician daily.
• Review job plans and material orders before arriving at site.
• Perform the scope of work with minimal disturbance to property.
• Keep truck inventory up to date and maintain a clean appearance.
• Participate in training to grow as a professional.
• Be willing to obtain proper certifications; company can help.

As an Excavation Apprentice, you will assist in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial plumbing systems throughout the Tri-state area.

• Assist in Repairing and Replacing water and sewer lines
• Operate excavator, skid-steer, jackhammer, boring machine, and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, manager, inspectors, and camera technician daily.
• Assist in reviewing job plans and material orders prior to arriving at customers location.
• Perform scope of work with minimal disturbance to customers property.
• Ensure the job site is properly marked and organized.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

Schedule
