Job summary

Jolly Plumbing Drains Heating & Air in Wilder, KY is seeking a Lead Excavation Technician to operate excavators and other heavy equipment while repairing water and sewer lines.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, customer communication, paperwork, and ongoing certification support from the company to help you grow as a professional.

You will work Monday through Friday with overtime and a focus on maintaining a clean truck and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Excavator: 1 year (Preferred).
• Driver's License (Preferred).
• CDL A (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace water and sewer lines.
• Operate excavator, skid-steer, jackhammer, boring machine, and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, manager, inspectors, and camera technician daily.
• Review job plans and material orders prior to arriving at customers location.
• Oversee the safety and efficiency of the crew on the worksite location.
• Perform scope of work with minimal disturbance to customers' property.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this!
