Job summary

Jolly Enterprises in Wilder, KY is seeking an Excavation Apprentice to assist in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential and commercial plumbing systems. You will operate heavy equipment and communicate daily with customers and team members while maintaining a clean, organized job site.

The role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities to grow certifications. A valid driver's license and prior construction or excavator experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Construction Experience: 1 year preferred.
• Excavator experience: 1 year preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• CDL A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairing and replacing water and sewer lines.
• Operate excavator, skid-steer, jackhammer, boring machine, and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, manager, inspectors, and camera technician daily.
• Review job plans and material orders prior to arriving at customers location.
• Perform scope of work with minimal disturbance to customers' property.
• Ensure the job site is properly marked and organized.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
