Job summary

The Aussie Plumber in Phoenix, AZ seeks a full-time Plumbing Service Technician – Sewer and Drain Sales Specialist. Take the lead on sewer and drain service calls, diagnose issues, and provide reliable solutions while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You will perform drain services with snaking equipment, hydrojetting, and lining techniques, and walk customers through repair options before completing the work with care and pride.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running residential service calls in your own van
• 2+ years sewer sale and installation experience
• Lining and excavator experience is preferred
• Sewer sales, repairs, and installation work history is required

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on sewer and drain-focused service calls, diagnosing issues and delivering reliable, professional solutions
• Perform daily plumbing and drain services using snaking equipment, hydrojetting systems, and advanced lining techniques, along with sewer repairs and replacements
• Walk customers through repair and replacement options with clarity and confidence, then complete the work you sell with precision and pride
