Job summary

Rock Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical seeks a Drain Sales Specialist to diagnose sewer and plumbing issues in customers’ homes and present repair options through the sewer sales process. You will supervise drain technicians, create training plans, and drive sewer sales while ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sewer/plumbing sales experience (required).
• Residential plumbing experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Uses sewer camera and inspects customer home to identify plumbing issues.
• Diagnoses plumbing/sewer issues and prepares repair estimates.
• Supervises drain technicians and helps train them to facilitate sewer sales.
• Creates and implements training plans for drain technicians.
• Executes sewer sales to present repair options to customers.
• Creates job bids aligned with company profit goals.
• Prepares statements of work and handoffs to installation team.
• Communicates with customers throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.
